This is an example of the slideshow with an image overlay. This is accomplished by designing your slideshow with a tool like Illustrator, Photoshop, or Fireworks. Cut out a window to show the slideshow through, then save it as a transparent png or gif. Obviously png's look better, but gif's will display on depreciated browsers like IE 6.
